    Winchester Carbine documentation.

I'm thinking of buying a Carbine with documentation, but the only thing with the Carbines serial number is handwritten. Is this enough to show possession since 1965?Attachment 83873Attachment 83872Attachment 83871Attachment 83874

The DD Form 1149 is proof of sale by the Army. It should show the serial number of the carbine, they are all handwritten as it is added at packing.

This is what concerned me. No serial number on the DD1149 but the recipients name matches the NRA letter with the handwritten ser.# there are several other things that I did not show that makes me think it's all legit except no serial #.
