EMER Sections

Looking for where i can access an online site to get all the EMER section headings from A to Z in the SA&MG EMER and the same in the ARMT EMER and if at all possible the regulations for each section the last part could be a tall order but hopefully i can get the sections at least all help would be greatfully appreciated

Try the REME Museum. But it's just moved so they're probably not set up to assist anyone. To be really honest Mac, this is a massive ask! I mean, who is going to copy this lot for you and at what cost. Just a medium size unit EMER library was bulging......... I think that you'll have to come down to earth a bit to be honest.

Hi peter ive found the sections on the small arms emer theres only 10 sections used the rest are spare probably the same with the armament was only looking for the lazy way out was only looking for the headings for each section and the regulation heading not the complete 0 to 9 on each regulation

10 sections (decades? I'm old and its been many years) per weapon, 1 EMER per weapon..... it would be unusual for a weapon not to have an EMER. Browning auto 5 shotgun, Walther PPk .22, Remington 870 shotgun, .22 Artillery training rifle..... just a few of the obscure weapons used by the British Army all with EMERS. plus "policy and procedures for Armouries" THE bible for the true tradesman

Yes as u know and still are for some of the older ones, And yes each weapon has its own emer which was made up of a decade in the regulations so for example 303 number 4 mk 2 was in emer SA&MG C500 to 509 where SA & MG was the part number of which there was 19 the C is the section letter of the part of which there was 26, A was always general and b to z a particular group of weapons B was revolvers ,C was rifles, D was self repeating rifles , E was full automatic rifles etc etc. Then that section was divided up into 1000 regulations of which 000 to 099 was general and 100 to 999 a particular type of specific equipment .The 303 No 4 mark 2 Was contained in 500 to 509 where the last number was the category of information contained 0 was data summury 1 was operater instructions etc this was the decade of infomation for that weapon in the emer and each emer was broken down this way for each piece of equipment
