    Cleaning rod handle

Good evening...I've been sorting-out and labeling cleaning kit displays and have a rod handle that I've not been able to identify. It 's the same dimension as the M-1 Garandicon handle but lacks the tooled ends...Both ends are straight barrels. Any help with what I have? THANKS, John.
