So, he doesn't know anything about carbines...and they all have type III bands...all rebuilds...the original owner looks to have been buying just for the maker, perhaps the serial number range. Nice clean shooters...maybe a few nice parts to glean if you have to.
    Regards, Jim

    Yes,
Sold out quickly. IIRC some posted comments said sold out in 24 hrs.
I just got a kick out of how excited he got about them. He stated he didn't know much about carbines, but added the Museum Pieces after that.
He lit right up when he seen that Circled P on the front of the grip....... "Cartouches Intact" !!
May have had a good table of shooters, but for what they appeared to be.... were pricey.

    Pretty entertaining comments section.

See these type of re-park jobs from time to time. Trying to follow the logic. These carbines were reparked and the sellers weren't able to get inside of them, but they know the internals are original except they may not be of the same manufacturer. Perhaps the entire rifle was dipped in the tank stock and all?

Must have taken years to find a correct, original spring tube Rock with bayo lug.

Really appreciate the close ups showing the factory original M2 cutout.

You boys have to realize that you pay extra for all those updates and the M2 cut out is expensive to make. Takes a trained expert to do those so send me all your money and I will send your a fresh rebuilt and reparkerized M1icon carbine ...and...I will include a fresh M2 cut at NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!! OH such a deal... How can you say No to that eh.

'Moozeeum quality here, step right up!'

I am always impressed by salesmanship, even when its fraudulent. I guess these carbines were all at approximately 'two prices' or double what they really are worth. I think I have a nice refinished/upgraded carbine that I would value at about half what he sold his for. Salesmanship - gotta love it.
'Really Senior Member' Especially since I started on the original Culver forum. That had to be about 1998.
