Import Parker Hale Aperture Sight from New Zealand to USA - Have ATF Form 6 Approved

I bought a Parker Hale rear sight on eBay and I somehow got the ATF to approve my form 6 application in less than a week. What's the next step to import this thing into the US? Will I need a form 6A to release it from customs? And how should I deliver the form to customs (in person, via mail, have sender put a printout of both forms in the package with the sight)?

As for the sender, he's located in New Zealandicon so I believe he needs a permit since my interpretation of the law says that the rear sight is a strategic good covered in section ML904 (https://www.mfat.govt.nz/assets/_sec...March-2013.pdf). If so, is the standard permit applicable (https://mfat.govt.nz/assets/_secured...ods-export.xls)?
