Terrific idea - crib board stocks

This is new to me although many of you may of seen it before. I posted on a Canadianicon gun forum about my 94 I bought at the gun show and one of the old time posters offered to make me a crib board from the stock. I think that this is a great idea ( not for this rifle unless I can get another stock with the correct cartouche ). What a terrific way to preserve part of our history, especially with a damaged piece which might be good for nothing except firewood.

Has anyone else seen these made? If so could you post a picture?

    Thanks
    KTK

I kind of like it. Imagine a couple of guys in a trench playing a game of cribbage!
