    Rifle Rods

Looking to add more room to my safe and started looking into Rifle Rods. They are expensive so figured I could make my own. But after making a few I have a question. Do I need to be concered with air flow in the barrel? What are the sizes of the standard Rifle Rods and have there been any issues with aire flow and rust caused by them?

Maybe me just being over paranoid but I figured better to ask the to regret later.
