Finnish M55 Optical Range Finder Calibration Query

I have had one of the Optical range finders for the Finnishicon M55 gun for a while, and now I see them for sale ALL over the place, with wildly ranging prices, (Aparently I got it for a decent price, way back when).
Sometimes I see the listing "... with instructions...", but there are none.
They ship in a fitted case, wih tools, and the original Finnish military check/pack/shipping list, which I have translated enough to understand there are no instructions.
I have been trying- unsuccessfully- to find out what the distance calibration marks are... even to the point of sending an email to Nedinsco Venlo in Finland! Have not heard back... not too surprised.
Does anyone have a set of instructions, or something, that tells what the markings coinside with? Height/Distance? Distance/Speed? Anything?
    Much Tnanks!
