Your rifle is in very nice shape and must have cleaned up well. It was one of the rifles returned from Greece and sold by CMPicon in 2002-2005. The rifle has been refinished by the Greeks. The bolt and stock appear to have the characteristic markings of a Greek M1903A3. The only part I can clearly recognize as "incorrect" is the bolt collar, which appears to be a Smith-Corona.

Thanks Rick. I new it was GK and stock was not original but was not sure about finish and correctness of parts. What is the "bolt collar"? Would it be worth while to replace it? I would guess not since it has been GK refinished? What think you out there? THANKS

Me-thinks Rick is referring to the "bolt sleeve" as the collar. --Jim

It means that the bolt sleeve was manufactured by Smith-Corona.

    Hope this helps.

The butt swivel "RP" is from a contractor that supplied parts for Remington. I believe an "R" would be original.

The "RP" butt swivel is correct.

I agree with Rick. The rifle was refinished by the Greeks and re-assembled from mixed parts. The stock is a replacement scant stock.

    Nice rifle!
