When Did Russia Use This Camp Pattern?

Edit: I meant "camo pattern", not "camp pattern"

I found this Russianicon canteen today at a Goodwill store. The canteen is Cold War era dated 1957 but the cover has a camouflage pattern I haven't seen on Russian gear. Any ideas?

    Question

I believe it is one of the winter camo patterns of the 1970s.
