    Turk mauser safety issue

Okay I did a search and couldn't find my specific problem. I have a m38 turk mauser that has been giving me light primer strikes. I assumed the spring was the issue but I have noticed that the safety will go off safe, safe, but will not go all the way to the right to lock the bolt. I have disassembled the bolt and can't find anything wrong with it. Just to be clear my safety will go in the "off" position and the "on safe" position, it will just not go into the "on safe bolt locked" position.

    Any ideas?
