    Gun stocks

Is it legal to sell old military gun stocks? These were left by my husband when he passed and I am unfamiliar with them.

Hi welcome to milsurps, sorry for your loss there is no caveat as far as I have seen selling gun stocks in the USAicon what I would suggest is you take detailed pics of them with any stampings on them and the good folk here will be able to ascertain what A) they are B) get pretty close as to condition C) an approximate value.

Also if you need help up loading pictures there is information on it by using the search function top Rt of the page if you still cannot there are chaps that will help you on line to up load.

Yes, all showed well and is correct. You'll get private messages from perspective buyers... Perhaps some of these can also message you with what price to ask per unit or bulk...so you have a starting place.

Thanks for the help. I would like to sell all in one lot , but would sell by set. I have an Ebay store, No1halo, but Ebay won't allow me to sell these.

These would 100% be allowed on eBay. No doubt about that.

I'll bet it's the description you're using...maybe rcathey can assist you in naming the sale? Seems to do it and be in the know...

Use the term butt stock and hand guard, not gun stock.
