Un Marked Type II Bolt with Gas Hole?

Seen this tonight. A Type II (Flat) bolt with the gas relief hole. Don't see a 'hardness' punch mark on top.
Thought only post WWII Type III round bolts had this feature.
    Described as un marked.
Anyone know if commercially made post war bolts were made like this?
    Possibly cast?

    I don't know....

    Plenty of Wrap on Hand

    JMO,
But many of this sellers bolts look to have been refinished.

And found another Unmarked Type II Flat bolt, when unwrapped also has the Gas Escape hole.

    Be careful out there....

The pictures in the listing are not real clear. I enlarged the right side.

The same seller had a really bad looking fake flip sight for sale until recently...it sold for 50 bucks after he lowered the price. The wrap he uses, or seems to, is pretty prevalent among many of his items.

It's a commercial bolt and your right about someone who is new to carbines might think it's an original. But some parts dealers like Gun Parts, Sarco and Numrich sell newly made replacement bolts. This could be a company making those bolts that started them out as type 3 bolts and machined them into type 2. That would explain the oil hole in the bolt.

Bobg from Nigeria, thx for posting
Jim, thx for the pic enlargement
Deldriver, I seen he had a 'in the wrap' IN-B flip when I posted this last night, sold for $50... Repro
Bruce, In his feedback he recently sold a bolt like these above for $129:

Pictured below: Same style, with 'Wrap' and Gas hole.

IMO, Pretty pricey for a guess who made it bolt.

    Appreciate the interest and help

Numrich sells a flip sight for a few bucks, nothing noted about it other then flip sight, and of course, not original. Rear Sight, First Issue, New Reproduction ( Type) | Gun Parts Corp.

But when they arrive (at least in the past) they are marked IN-B and S. I have purchased 2 flip sights from them over the past 2 years and both came that way. That is one of the reasons we see all of these "original" IN-B flip sights on fleabay.
