    Bear Cheap shot on Packer

Here's something these 'players' should be protesting.
Amazing this guy wasn't crippled........... Then whose to say until later in his career.
What is CTE? Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) is a progressive degenerative disease of the brain found in people with a history of repetitive brain trauma (often athletes), including symptomatic concussions as well as asymptomatic subconcussive hits to the head that do not cause symptoms.

The AFL (Australianicon Football League) is looking at a device that can monitor the concusion sustained by players like their grid Iron players they suffer some heavy hits from tackles as well except our chaps do not wear helmets as part of their attire.

I'm under the impression after this past week's stupidity that a brain injury can't really make these overpaid morons any more stupid and ignorant that they already are!

Our Mom's were right. It's all fun and games until one of the disrespectful, whiney, ignorant millionaires in the National Felon League gets a boo-boo.

Hold on... Your not handing out the orders here.
And you didn't have to open a clearly titled topic about football.

How you've never received an infraction has to of been an overlook by the site owner or moderators.
After just a 'Quick' look over of your past posts reveals a pattern of name calling and 'Foul' (typing).

    A few examples:

A recent topic started by the highly respected Moderator and fellow Contributing Member Gil Boyd received this 'Foul' abbreviated reply from you:

Here in the New Members Introduction Thread..... (Which has been viewed over 1,475,000 million times) a first time poster tried introducing himself, but happened to type his message in all capitals. Instead of just pointing out his error and welcoming him to our forum, you took the time to blast him. Needless to say, this new member has had no further interaction with us here on Milsurps.

Here, your name calling reply to an inquiry about the accuracy of 9 Para ammunition:

I'd chew harder but appreciate anyone who has served.
And after reading your Profile and seeing how you filled out your occupation...
    I think I may understand.

    Sarge,

Usually enjoy your input, it's usually on the mark and very helpful. Not so this one.

As others have commented, this is a free subject space. It's a good idea as it broadens the topics and allows people to realise that there's more to them than a single interest. I don't care much for Gridiron, but I respect the North Americans for their following of the sport, much as the Canucks for their passion for fast violence on ice thinly disguised as hockey. Ditto the Europeans and "the world's football.' Listening to people's sporting passions gives me a feeling for how they tick, and that's interesting, to me.

Not liking some one else's passion is similar to saying if you don't follow my interest in firearms, then you don't know what you're talking about. And that's just silly.

With the greatest of respect, to quote SGT Hulka*: "Lighten up Francis."
