ID ? Antique Toy Machine Gun?

Came across this in a semi-local add. Description says it's a antique wind up. I've tried contacting the seller but he's gone bow hunting until mid next week.
Anyone ever seen anything like this one?
If so... any idea to a value?

    TIA,
    Charlie-Painter777

I did a Google image search and found some similar ones. Appears to be a Marx "Anti-Aircraft" gun from the 50's. I had some Marx toys, but don't remember anything like these. Looks like it's had some fairly hot loads ran through it! I remember Marx toys being made out of tin and usually had lights that flashed, or shot out sparks - at least for the first day or two. - Bob

A little whirly wheel that acted like a cigarette lighter...I know, I'm the reason there aren't more around. I took toys like this apart to see how they worked.
