    July 1940 M1 Rifle

My favorite pre war rifle is from July 1940, the keystone spring, SA SPG (faint cartouche) with no trap stock and two equal sized holes and barrel dated S-A 7-40 (without chrome at the gas port) are highlights. Some restoration was done or as they say "corrected" to the time period.
