Possible SCW 91/30

I have a SCW Dragoon with Spanish stock- good looking dark walnut but inletted so poorly it's almost hard to believe. I'm not sure the stock on the rifle in this post isn't just sanded birch and the inletting is typical Soviet quality. Certainly many SCW 91/30's are in soviet stocks that were sanded and reused.
