Type 99 Long Rifle

I was hoping you could tell me about my rifle. It is a Nagoya arsenal Type 99 long rifle serial number in the 800 range, mum intact, all matching. No cleaning rod, no monopod. AA sights intact. Is there any source for the missing items?
