    ID Operating Slide Help Needed

I've got a type III operating slide marked with a capital D toward the rear and then a smaller A and B toward the middle. I can't find this code in Riesch's book. Anybody know who made this one? I would appreciate any help IDing this. TIA

Thanks! The O is so lightly struck I couldn't see it plus the A & B looked like they weren't lined up. On closer inspection and rubbing powder on it I can see a very faint O. All letters are struck on a 45 degree angle which makes the A & B look misaligned. The larger D also threw me off. I guess it's a sub- inspector's mark.

Hey, what's a sub inspector doing looking at carbines? He better get back to the submarines!

    Inland....the carbine is a "SUB-caliber"!
When they tell you to behave, they always forget to specify whether to behave well or badly!
