Help identifying cartridge belt and value?

Hello...I am looking for some opinions as to this cartridge belt. It was an estate find, so I have no background information on it. It "looks"like the Mills manufactured belts during the Spanish-American war period, that I can reference on the internet,
However, it is not marked Mills. Just the numeral "2" on the backside.
    1. Any dieas how to confirm the maker?
    2. Any idea it's value?
    Thanks in advance!

    Mills cartridge belt

I would think your Mills cartridge belt is original, mine is for 45-70 and blue color with the same type of front plate. There are quite a few repros around tooAttachment 90282Attachment 90283Attachment 90284
