The pic is my daughter competiong at Camp Smith in upstate NY.
She loves to shoot the Garand icon

, but , at 5'1" the garand is too much gun
for her. She only shoots it prone with a SLED. She is graduating this May
Magna something something. First in her major ( IT SECURITY ) and third
over all in her graduating class.

Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Congrats my friend for having a daughter that is not gunshy like so many kids these days.
