    Got a Mark VI need info

    I took this in on a trade this past weekend. Old guy brought this an traded for a Rossi 38 special, He states that barrel was that lenght when he got it. Said he got it over seas in 1968.
    Any Help guys let me know.

    Looking at the foresight, this looks like it started life with a 6” barrel and it’s been cut down at some point.

    That is what i think also cylinder is cut or 45acp. got to have it check out as I do have 45 auto rim dies an brass

    I agree with your idea, if it’s cut for 45 auto load some to .455 spec and go shoot the crap out of it.

    I think it's cut to take .45 in full moon clips too.
