    More T38 serial number riddles.

I have several Japanese firearms in my collection and have been able to decipher & figure out the markings & dates on all of them, except a T38 rifle. It has an intact Mum & the usual T38 receiver ring markings. The the serial number kana I have yet to find on any of the Arisakaicon markings websites. It does correspond to the "o" on Kana charts. It is similar to the 27 series kana, but has a extra line.

I would really appreciate the opinion(s) of the experts if they've seen this before.

**Note the bottom row, right hand character on the kana chart.

    Thank you.

It might just be the way the die was made. I think you do have the right one.
