    Question for all...
    I have no bore guages.
I use a Poor Mans M2 Springfield 30-06 round to check the muzzles on my M1icon carbines.

What could I use to check the muzzle of this WRA barrel ?
Would the M2 round give a rough guess ?

I'll be back by this small Pawn shop, probably the end of this coming week... Friday or Saturday, as I have a Carbine being shipped there, being sent this Tuesday from NJ.

I could look the bore over then and measure muzzle if a M2 round will work.

The owner isn't up to speed on most guns, to include this loose barrel. That's why he asked me what he had. Seems it came in a loose lot purchase of misc stuff.
At this time I haven't heard him quote a asking price.
But I'm sure he'd let me take it home and get some pictures.

    Thx,
Best I could do would be measure and picture that
Because it's been re-chambered to a 300 Win Mag, best I could do is eyeball it and put a light to the bore.

I doubt he wants very much, it's just laying around.

I'll report back end of the week.

    Thx Again

The poor mans muzzle test works fine for me, the barrel is for a poor mans rifle build anyway!

Ditto, see what you can get it for. Not that I need it but having an old barrel or two around is kind of cool.

I don't care about the rifling. It would be a conversation piece for me.
