    Trials rear sight

I’ve just noticed that my trials rifle has a rear sight that has 4 clicks to a revolution as apposed to my other No.4s that have 6 clicks. Can someone explain when the change happen and if all trials sights have 4 clicks. What is the value of each click, thanks

At some point during the production period of the Trials rifles during the 1930's they changed from a four click to a six click. I have a 1931 dated rifle with a four click sight & a 1933 example with a six click sight. I recently asked exactly this question to another forummer, & his two rifles were of the same dates & had the same patterns of rear sights.
