Given that Saginaw Grand Rapids only made 7 of the 60 some parts, including the receiver, it's unlikely. Especially as Carbine sights didn't come like that. No dovetails on 'em. Don't think that is a Carbine sight.
Saginaw Grand Rapids stamped a number between 2 and 7 on the left side of the front sight to signify blade height too.

RG would be the Sub Contractor that made some of the Rear Flip Sights for S'G'.
This IS an example of one,
Question is:
Is it Real or a Reproduction ?
