M16 LOWER HANDGUARD NSN NUMBER HELP?

Purchased a new in the wrapper lower rail type hand guard NSN # 1005014531635 manufactured by NMC Inc. Google yields very little info. I would like to find the upper hand guard to make a set. Any input would be appreciated.

The NSN is valid but no photos or mention of the upper portion. I must be using the wrong search terms.

That would be it. KAC made most if not all of the GI contract stuff. I've installed many on M4 carbine clones for people. Not cheap but good quality.

Wish the seller had the upper portion as the lower was very cheap.

A KAC RAS M5 would make sense. There's lots of those in the system and they're expensive. Unless you buy the airsoft knockoff...
