Question on pre WW2 US 30 cal Incendiary

I found two 30 cal cartridges head stamped F A 38 with blue bullet tips. I would think these are 30M1 pre war incendiary cartridges ? My question, were pre WW2 30 cal incendiary cartridges marked with a blue tip ? and are these incendiary cartridges ?Attachment 92178Attachment 92179

One of your tips look green to me. The other one is blue but looks much darker than the blue I’m used to seeing on incendiary rounds of the era. They’re more of a sky blue color.
    No idea what green means.

Incendiaries were blue, but I doubt it'd be that particular shade. That's just a WHAG though. There's a short blurb about 'em here. Way down. Says the blue tip didn't appear until 1941.
