    Unusual listing on Epay

Seen on a different forum, posting removed since.

    Don't see this every day....

M1A1 INLAND PARATROOPER CARBINE | eBay

Makes you wonder how much Paypal would like seeing their $cut and if it would change anything.......... If done legally.

    One could only wish..........

    I don't get why they'd bench you?
There are plenty of carbine sears listed........ Called SEAR.

I recall 4 or 5 times they pulled my stock offerings. I'd ask why..... they'd refer me to a list. I'd reply these items were WOOD.
Figured out the mention of M2 cut was a red flagger. As P!ssed off as I'd be, I'd look at other listings with the M2 wording continue.
Just slipping thru the net I guess.

Also makes you wonder if someone 'Reports' the item. Pretty much what will happen to this current offering.

I had bids on stocks and plenty of watchers, but when they cancel an auction....... all is gone.

    WOW

    A 3 timer.
Probably on the NO FLY LIST, and NO SUPER SIZE LIST.
Maybe you have a competitor that's Reporting your items.
    It's happened before.

    Prolly-
    Time to change your username.
BTW; I see many are listing sears as 'Hammer Release'

Good Luck but please don't mention my name

Ha! I'll certainly have to keep it in mind.
I've been trying to move most of my stuff to GunBroker. Cheaper fees and I'm not forced to take PayPal and their fees. I just get so much more traffic on eBay, it's hard to stay away.
I'd bet this fellow has come to the same realization. Even when they take it down, people will still know to be looking for it on -perhaps- GunBroker.

Could just sell your parts in the CMPicon forum market. Maybe not a high prices as ebay etc, but no fees.

May be a collusion with the federalies as to who takes the bait then they call 'round to see if your legal, you never know I had a 30mm inert round solid steel projectile fuse & case so stamped by the army "INERT" removed it even had a 1/16" hole in the bottom of the case that I drilled nope saw me sidelined for 10 days because I sent them a blistering response basically calling them Nerds & F*cktards

Rc your not the Messiah your just a naughty boy!!!!!

I've had four suspensions over the years, started on eBay in 1999.

Contacting a live person I was told they have buzz words that they pop up to warn them of someone violating "their" rules.

I was bagged for posting "SEARs". Even though all firearms have them they told me it was a fully auto part and restricted. Relisted it as a hammer release and have had no issues. Same with magazines. We all know they are 15 or 30 round mags. But are posted as 10 round to meet the Calif compliance rules. I once forgot to undot the will sell overseas tab. Nabbed again as some items can not go to certain countries. Lastly a month or so back they bounced some M4's Bayonets I listed. Saying they were assault weapon parts. Changed the wording to Carbine knife and it was OK. They can't catch everything, but punish the ones they do. Go figure.

Some time back I saw something listed that shouldn't have been. I looked up the guys contact information. After they pulled the item I sent him a message and bought it off line. He was happy as it saved him 10% eBay fee's and 4% Paypal charges. I don't think buyers realize a seller loses 14% of the sale price, and they charge that same 14% on the shipping costs.

Ebay is not the best place to sell, but gets the largest viewing audience.
