Yep, as Jim said, oil bottle and pull thorough across British, Australian and Canadian Inch patterns ... Exceptions, British plastics eliminated the butt trap door, Australia eliminated the trap door in their last run of rifles too.
Issue cleaning kits came in a roll (personal and section sized) in Australia. With the UK, it was first a tin (Personal, same dimensions as the old Enfield No4 tin), followed by a plastic box.
Not sure about Canada, was it a tin too Jim?

Jim,
We're you ever issued the Parker-Hale cleaning kits in the big P'64 web pouch. I have some of them here but they aren't all complete.

OK, well you guys convinced me....I made a purchase. I will post some photos when I get it cleaned up. I also ordered a wood furniture set (and a removal tool!).
Thanks for all the sound advice.

Dare I say it .... SUIT and mount, for the "classic" look and an aluminum forged Weaver top cover, to mount a modern optic.
Plus a Copy of The Fal Rifle, the Collectors Grade Fal Bible.
Welcome to the club!
An option is also the L12A1 .22lr conversation kit. No, conversation isn't a miss spelling, just try using one at the range ... Everyone just keeps asking about it and you get very little shooting done!

Agreed, I installed one every time we went out for long exercises to pot small game for the troops to enjoy. Illegal but still...bags of fun, specially on FA.
