    M1926 French Helmet Liner?

    Hi

Has anyone seen a liner like this before fitted inside a Frenchicon M1926 Helmet?
Is the liner some civilian-type as opposed to the military issue, or is just the work of a gifted civilian with time on his.
It is very well constructed and has the standard 6 leaf design

    Thanks
