    Anyone recognize these dog collars?

Country of origing and time period?

They came on a likely Vietnam captured Type56 SKS attached to an early style Chinese sks sling. At first I thought they might be pre-ww2 Sovieticon. But I'm pretty sure now that they are not. A couple of others have suggested that they might be Finnishicon. Might they be Frenchicon if from SE Asia? Or could they be from some other piece of gear like a field pack or a satchel of some sort?

    Thanks for any help.
    Boris
