Ops.. we are not breaking any laws.

Another person selling barreled receivers on eBay. Wonder how long this one will stay up after being told by numerous people "you can't sell those"

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. And I got dinged for trying to sell an AR-15 butt-stock. Funny thing is, they let me sell my AR-10 stock w/o any issues, at the same time! I asked for the E-Bay definition of "assault weapon parts" and they couldn't tell me. Guess it's like the Supreme Court's definition of obscenity, you'll know it when you see it...

Oh I’ve been round and round on that.
This last time I finally got it out of them that they follow whatever California lists as an assault weapon. Does California have a printed list of assault weapons? I never looked it up. I thought it was feature based though.

Sometimes I feel they let people bid on items similar like bolts for L/A guns & mags for 303's see who bids on them then at the very last usually with 1 day to go they remove the item, but if your patient you can get almost anything on e bay if it gets through its all in the wording of your item.
