Made a few hundred 6.5 Japaneseicon cases from 7.62 NATO. Swaged the heads to proper size. So if you find any IVI hs 6.5 Japanese.
OP case is a reformed 30-06.

I have made my share of 6.5 Japaneseicon but I used 35 Remington brass. The rim is much closer then a .308 and it's a few thousands short in over all length but it works fine and it will lengthen with each firing.
