Canadian Helmit 1943 Quetion on markings

I have what I think is a 1943 Canadianicon Mfg helmet. Any information on the painted on colors in the front? I was able to snap a few pictures today, the net is a recent add and I also paired it with the Ingels Hi Power. Thanks in advance for any information.

That'd be Inglis High Power. The paint is a Regimental marking. May not be Canadianicon though.

Me and my son looked at other country regimental colors or markings after the war some of this equipment made to other countries. Still drew a blank,
I snapped a picture of it hanging on my Lithgowicon SMLE

There doesn't appear to be any country with a flag with Yellow, Blue and White stripes. S'why I suspect it's Regimental. May be Divisional though. Kind of think it may be one of the units that were disbanded at war's end.

Arm of Service colour? Like blue/white for signals?
