    Primer

    Here's another rarity, JCG's Primer Actuated rifle. It was in contention until about 1926 when it reached a dead end because of Pederson's .276 beauty and the adoption of crimped-in primers that didn't move. This one came out of the Bainbridge Naval Museum when they closed in the late 1970s and sold off the collection.
