A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). Several of our scopes are used in the CMP Vintage Sniper competition on top of 1903 rifles. Brian Dick ... Rog, most Bargains have gone normally but its still good to have a rummage, nothing major on the list this year unless something takes my fancy..... did well last year with Mills bombs, only trouble this year is I'm staying in Franceicon and as a foot passenger have to go through the security, although I have a dock pass !!!...... so if it is a no36 grenade or similar, I need to offload it to a Gent who runs a fine drinking establishment in Dover, as it may raise an eyebrow or two at security and pick it up on the way home next week.

Had an emil from someone we know in Canadaicon and will meet up today.

    Hi Geoff,
Yes, I've already heard from Valley Sniper who's found a ratty but restorable No32 Mk1 for 300 squids. He asked me if I wanted him to buy it for me, but whilst it's a good buy I've got enough 'ratty but restorable' scopes to keep me going for two lifetimes!

    Happy Hunting!

I haven't been for well over 15 years.....but, if I can re-arrange my day on Sunday I might pop down and have a wander around for a few hours.

Seen Hugh and scope had a quick chat with Warren, also seen a few other Forum members and a pleasure to see them too..... unfortunate for me time wasn't on my side, would of been better to stay to the end and head home but needed the night out the UKicon..... would liked to spend a day amongst the vehicles but not this year, didm,t leave empty handed though, picked up a small instruction book on the M3 (Grease Gun).

Seen some nice bits but but the price wasn't that nice in my eyes.
