Might be a good time to help those Enforcers emigrate.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Richard has had that for sale for at least 9 months now....I suspect the mention of a little wear in the throat has kept it from selling, as any he has had before have sold pretty quickly.

I've came across two "enforcers" for sale online, one is numberd 159, and the other looks like 756 or 763, these made up of parts? Or issued to a force?

159 was delivered to Glasgow Police on 8th May 1974
Glasgow Police purchased 44 Enforcers and No 159 was the 19th rifle delivered.

Both 756 and 763 were never assembled by PH and the parts were sold off at auction by Enfield.
Parts were made up to be completed rifles but it was done by whichever dealer bought the 'job lot of parts'.

Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...
