Need help identifying this Mauser

I think this is a post WWII Mauser but am not positive. It is certainly very clean and in great condition.
I'm trying to determine a value for it and some history on it.

Looks like a Yugoslavian M48, though the grasping grooves in the stock are unusual. Can you post a picture of the bolt head removed from the rifle?

I returned the rifle to the owner after cleaning it up for him, but I will checking in on him Friday and will get a photo of the bolt head.
Thanks for the help. Interesting comment about the grooves in the stock, the owner said it took him a longtime to find one with deep grooves.

Since it doesn't appear to have markings I believe that is an M48BO. Go here and scroll down to M48BO: M48 Mauser

It is odd that it has the finger grooves in the forearm.
