    In that case as it was a Vickers it was well worth that with the original tin too IMHO!

    Yep, certainly by UKicon standards it was a bargain. Over here UIC scopes have a similar 'a bit special' status to REL's. They've always fetched a premium over the run of the mill Watsons, HBMCo's & so on.
