Appraisal of Camouflage Net.

Hi,
Hoping to get an opinion on a camouflage net.

It is far from new, and would have been bought by my Dad, (maybe in the late 60s or early 70s, but can’t be sure.) May have been purchased from an army disposal store in Sydney, Australia. It is about 9’ square with a rope border. The inside mesh is about 2 1/4” to 2 ½” square. Some of the small cords have broken and have been tied together for repair.
I no longer need it so am planning to sell it, but ethically I need to describe it accurately.
Hopefully, three photos are attached.

What I would like to know is:
Is it ex-army or likely to be?
Estimated age or vintage? WWII? Later?
Approximate value given the condition with some broken cords.

I don't think it is, what we term an official camo net, as even the WW2 nets had strips of hesian cut and attached to such a net. I would think it is purely an old "cargo net" for holding down equipment on the backs of aircraft or large armoured vehicles.
They are sought after and an estimate if thats what you seek, somewhere around the $75-100 dollar mark at a Military show.

Agreed. That is just a net, nothing else. To hold down material in transport on open trucks. May be military or civilian.

It may be used for camouflage, but the squares seem too large to do that.

Yes, agreed, not a cam net but perhaps cargo.
