Swiss M94 Front sight Post compatibility

I am in the process of refinishing and rebuilding a M94 carbine. It was missing the front sight post/band, and the bayonet lug. I picked up the bayonet lug, but am having a hard time finding the front sight post/ring. I have found some m96 front sight rings, but am not sure if they work on the M94 barrel.

    Any help is much apreciated.
