    My early Xmas present

Well it arrived today and I assisted in the unpacking and watched the pre-delivery it already has had a tail tidy because the stock one looked ridiculous so cannot wait till Saturday morning.
The Lithium battery would not weigh much more if at all than a 500g block of butter.
    Awesome.

Also pictured are my Duke gloves, my Ducati leather jacked I forgot to take a pic anyway do that on Sat when we pick up both new bikes my wife is pretty excited as I am but she is feeling a bit timid about her bike.

Nice one mate, as long as you don't hit a Roo at 100mph

The roo Gil was dead after impact all I remember of that is, going around a sweeper Rt hand at 140kph @20:30 seeing him come out of Rt field and go across the road I am committed to the turn and standing the bike up and trying to brake would have seen me spear off the road so I tightened my turn as much as I could whilst he stopped on the other side of the road and I thought good oh! will get by you.
Then for no reason except it wanted to be with its mates as they always travel in two's he came back from my left and as I had no where to go the outcome was sealed.
I just remember the intense white light on its chest from my headlight as we met then blackness, woke up in the gravel my bike was a good distance from me I could make out the roo on the road as it was reasonable light from the moon/stars so as I had not bust something but shoulder was murder I went to the roo and this is where Adrenalin had kicked in.

He was only about 4 - 4.5 feet high but I remember this like it was yesterday I grabbed it around the throat with my left hand then reefed his body up off the ground and gave it the hardest right handed punch I have ever delivered to its head then slung it with my left like it was a rag doll into the bush, went back picked up the bike put it on the gravel verge and laid down beside it as by that stage a few minutes after the event I was really starting to hurt.

There is a part B to this I can recount later on about being injured at night in the middle of "B*m F**k" on a very lonely stretch of road unable to ride home as my bike did not high-side the fairing taking most of the impact the bars bent a bit to the Rt and the alt case was nearly worn through from the bitumen grinding it down other minor cosmetic damage but had it all straightened out when I moved back to Harvey.
