    looks like your receiver has been ground on pretty badly, not only the square hole, but the flat ahead of the sear, right were the 2 stage cam rocks on... can be fixed, the correct way, is welding, and then finishing, the cheap and maybe temp, fix is a quality epoxy on the area ahead of the trigger.
    also, you have a Mark 1 cut off
