I have several 91-30's and a 91 Westinghouse. So I bought one of the "WWII Drop Cases" from the Russianicon seller on ebay. Delivered sooner than promised. Actually provided a Russian post tracking number which was curiously somewhat accurate, The actual case looks and feels old. The leather parts are somewhat stiff and a little dry. Lexol in progress. They have no markings whatsoever. No stamps or labels. They definetly look Russian but no bonafide way to indicate they are authentic. Could be made elsewhere with the intent to look older than they actually are. Item description implies authentic but....??? Wondering what "Drop" means, from the sky, off a table, off a truck, train? Well I have at least one Russian "looking" case. Maybe Muler should look into them.
