Are Krags still being used by VFW?

The title pretty much says it all. I was under the impression that the Army actually owned all the parade/drill rifles used by VFW and just loaned them out to the organization. I also thought they called all of the Krags back a few years back and the CMPicon sold them. Am I way off on this?

I believe some rifles were loaned but also some organizations purchased there own rifles and they would not be recalled by the CMPicon
