    Lithgow HT mis matches

Hi all, just looking of some information regarding a couple of Lithgow HT rifles.

I'm looking to made contact with the owner of rifle 43203, a "high mount Lithgow HT which would appear to have a mis matched scope, l,ve been told this rifle was seen in a collection in NSW in 2012 and believe it was fitted with a low scope at the time.

I am the owner of HT 85984, a "Low mount", which has been fitted up to a high mount scope from 82901. This rifle has been in South Australiaicon for quite a number of years and l have not found where it was before the previous owner yet. So it would seem the mis match happened a fair while ago.

I short I'm looking to see if we can marry some rifles and scopes back together after all these years

My theory is, if you are interested enough to own a Lithgow HT rifle, then you will read the usual forums and or know of fellow collectors that have a similar collecting interest as themselves.

I've posted in the HT rifle tòpic sticky and sent a couple of PM's but have had no reaction at all there, so my quest goes into it's own post to attempt to raise the visability.

Feel free to PM me any info in the interests of the owners privacy.
