Any idea what these parts are??

Got them among a bunch of LE parts a while back. Unopened and I thought unlikely to actually be LE due to the dates in 1965.Attachment 97960Attachment 97959

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. The first picture, both for the No 4 Mk1/1* rifle:

    CR 349 = BLADE, foresight, 0.30" Mk 3

CR 418 = SCREW, blade, foresight

If you had Ian Skennertonicon's excellent SAIS no 2 book, '.303 Rifle No 4', you would know this

Well that's handy thank you. The blades have different sizes so am I right in assuming that there are different part numbers for the sizes?

The dates are a bit academic as the sight blades were also used on the L42/39 and the old No8 rifle - up to now in the case of the No8!
