    One tired Colt M1903 revolver

What does one do when one sees a very tired, very cheap Colt M1903 revolver for sale? Well, naturally you bring it home.
Timing is off, finish gone, but I just couldn't leave it sitting there. Lanyard loop is missing of course (wish me luck finding one of those) You can't help but think this one was pointed at a few Moros in its time.
Anyway, its got character. And I'm sure more than its fair share of history behind it.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. If you are in the US, Jack First is manufacturing parts (and has a stock of used parts) for your revolver (and several other antique Colt models).

This includes the locking bolts in the mechanism.

If you are outside of the US you will have to get them from Brownells or Numrich Gunparts.
