    Need help with pickelhaube translation

    Hello,
A friend of mine recently gave me this model 1915 pickelhaube that his grandfather (a WWI vet) had bought from a curio shop back in the 1950's. Not in the best shape, and missing some pieces, but hey, it was free! I'd love to have some help deciphering/translating the info printed and written on the inside.

    Thanks!
    Brian
